Teacher gropes two students during class

The day before winter break, strings teacher John Barger, 47, groped two female students ages 10 and 11 during class while students watched a film. Students said he grabbed their “boobs.” He was also accused of looking up another student’s skirt. Barger had been employed by FCPS since 2017.
